Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leader-member exchange on employee performance through organizational commitment. A survey conducted at PT Soechi Lines Tbk found that production at PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper decreased in 2021, but increased from 2022 to 2025. The sample size for this study was 110 respondents. The results indicate a positive and significant influence of leader-member exchange on employee performance. Leader-member exchange has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Leader-member exchange has an influence on employee performance through organizational commitment.
