Abstract

Background: Good HR performance management will support the achievement of organizational goals. Many factors influence HR performance, including organizational justice, which includes distributive justice and interpersonal justice. However, with inconsistent results regarding distributive justice and interpersonal justice's influence on HR performance, job satisfaction variables are included as a solution to this gap. Objective: to analyze the influence of distributive justice and interpersonal justice on HR performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediator. Method: The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. The population is 156 employees of the DJBC Regional Office of Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta in 2025. Sampling used a total sampling technique so that the sample totaled 156 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Results: Distributive justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal justice has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Distributive justice has a significant positive effect on HR performance. Interpersonal justice has a significant positive effect on HR performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on HR performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the significant positive effect of distributive justice on HR performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the significant positive effect of interpersonal justice on HR performance.

Additional Information: Latar belakang: Pengelolaan kinerja SDM yang baik akan mendukung tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja SDM diantaranya keadilan organisasi yang didalamnya termasuk keadilan distributif dan keadilan interpersonal, namun dengan adanya inkonsisten hasil tentang keadilan distributif dan keadilan interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SDM, maka memasukkan variable kepuasan kerja sebagai solusi atas gap tersebut. Tujuan: menganalisis pengaruh keadilan distributive dan keadilan interpersonal terhadap Kinerja SDM dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Mediasi. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Wilayah DJBC Jawa Tengah dan D.I. Yogyakarta tahun 2025 sejumlah 156 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 156 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil: Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keadilan interpersonal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Keadilan interpersonal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh positif signifikan keadilan distributif terhadap kinerja SDM. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh positif signifikan keadilan interpersonal terhadap kinerja SDM
