Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital literacy, training and self-efficacy on work readiness. This research uses the dependent variables digital literacy (X1), training (X2), and self-efficacy (X3) and work readiness (Y) as independent variables. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this research is all students in Semarang City who are currently pursuing undergraduate education and students who have attended training. This research used a purposive sampling technique, using the Slovin formula, 100 samples were selected. Primary data was collected through questionnaires using a questionnaire instrument. From this research it was found that: 1) Digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on work readiness; 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on student work readiness; 3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. Simultaneously, the variables digital literacy, training and self-efficacy have a significant effect on work readiness. Keywords: Digital Literacy, Training, Self-Efficacy, Work Readiness
