Abstract
Abstract The purpose of the study was to analyze and prove the influence of Quality of Work Life and Self Efficacy on job satisfaction. To analyze and prove the influence of Quality of Work Life, Self Efficacy and job satisfaction on employee performance. To analyze and prove that job satisfaction mediates the influence of Quality of Work Life and Self Efficacy on employee performance. The population of employees of the Semarang City Population and Family Planning Control Service totaling 46 employees. Sampling using census sampling technique. Based on this, a sample of 46 respondents was obtained. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used partial regression analysis (Partial Keast Square/PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self efficacy has a positive and significant affect employee performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job Satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Quality of Work Life on employee performance. Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of Self efficacy on employee performance. Populasi pegawai Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan KB Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 46 pegawai. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus sampling. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh sampel sebesar 46 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi partial (Partial Keast Square/PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Quality Of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh Quality of Work Life terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan Kerja memediasi pengaruh Self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai.
