Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, switching barriers, and store atmosphere on Mixue customer loyalty in Semarang City. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 respondents who are Mixue customers with the criteria of having purchased Mixue products and visiting Mixue outlets in Semarang City at least once in the last 6 months. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM Statistics SPSS software version 26 by conducting data feasibility tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Customer Experience (X1) has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), (2) Switching Barrier (X2) has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), (3) Store Atmosphere (X3) has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty (Y).

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow, menghasilkan 96 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Mixue dengan kriteria pernah membeli produk Mixue dan berkunjung ke gerai Mixue di Kota Semarang sekurang-kurangnya satu kali dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linar berganda dengan bantuan software IBM Statistics SPSS versi 26 dengan melakukan uji kelayakan data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Pengalaman Pelanggan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), (2) Switching Barrier (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y), (3) Store Atmosphere (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). |
