Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of effective leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Social Service Employees of Central Java Province. To determine and analyze the effect of competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Social Service Employees of Central Java Province. To determine and analyze job satisfaction moderates the effect of effective leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Social Service Employees of Central Java Province. To determine and analyze job satisfaction moderates the effect of competence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Social Service Employees of Central Java Province. The population was 83 employees of the Social Service of Central Java Province. Sampling using the Census sampling technique, namely determining the sample by taking all members of the existing population to be used as samples. Thus, the sample in this study was 83 respondents. The data used were primary data with a questionnaire using partial regression analysis (Partial Least Square/PLS). The results of the study showed that effective leadership had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Social Service Employees of Central Java Province. Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Central Java Provincial Social Service. Job satisfaction does not moderate the effect of effective leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Central Java Provincial Social Service. Job satisfaction does not moderate the effect of competence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of the Central Java Provincial Social Service.
