Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment. To analyze the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment. To analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. To analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. To measure the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. to measure the mediating role of organizational commitment in the relationship between work motivation and employee performance The population is all employees within the Kendal District Office, totaling 200 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely determining samples with certain criteria so that the sample obtained is 90 respondents. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire using partial regression analysis (Partial Least Square/PLS). The results of the study showed that leadership style has a positive effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Kendal District Office, Kendal Regency. Work motivation has a positive effect on the organizational commitment of employees of the Kendal District Office, Kendal Regency. Leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Kendal District Office, Kendal Regency. Work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of the Kendal District Office apparatus, Kendal Regency. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of the Kendal District Office apparatus, Kendal Regency. Organizational commitment has a positive effect as a mediator of the relationship between leadership style and the performance of the Kendal District Office apparatus, Kendal Regency. Organizational commitment has a positive effect as a mediator of the relationship between work motivation and apparatus performance. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja aparatur. Untuk mengukur peran mediasi komitmen organisasional dalam hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja aparatur. untuk mengukur peran mediasi komitmen organisasional dalam hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja aparatur Populasi ialah seluruh pegawai dilingkup kantor Kecamatan Kendal yang berjumlah 200 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yaitu menentukan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu atau yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya sehingga sampel diperoleh sebesar 90 responden. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan kuesioner di mana menggunakan analisis regresi partial (Partial Least Square/PLS). Hasil penelitian gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparatur Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparatur Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja aparatur Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif sebagai mediator hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja aparatur Kantor Kecamatan Kendal Kabupaten Kendal.
