Abstract

The rapid advancement of the Internet and technology in Industry 4.0 has emerged as a fundamental element in the convergence and integration between humans and machines. Significant progress has been made in technology, particularly artificial intelligence, over the past few decades, which can transform many jobs worldwide. This research successfully collected 120 employees using artificial intelligence working in Semarang City to be used as samples in various analytical tests such as feasibility tests, classical assumption tests, and simple hypothesis analysis tests. The quantitative research method used purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, conducted through the distribution of questionnaires processed using SPSS version 26. The results showed that the artificial intelligence variable had a significantly positive influence on turnover intention and that artificial intelligence had a significantly positive influence on employee well-being.

Additional Information: Evolusi 4.0 kemajuan internet dan teknologi yang sangat cepat telah muncul sebagai elemen fundamental dalam konvergensi dan penggabungan antara manusia dan mesin. Terjadi kemajuan besar dalam teknologi, salah satunya adalah artificial intelligence dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, dan teknologi ini dapat mengubah banyak pekerjaan di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan 120 karyawan yang menggunakan artificial intelligence bekerja di Kota Semarang untuk kemudian dijadikan sampel dalam berbagai uji analisis seperti uji kelayakan, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis analisis sederhana. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling, dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang hasilnya kemudian diolah dengan alat SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel artificial intelligence memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan artificial intelligence memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan.
