Abstract
In Semarang, mental health is a significant factor influencing the performance og Gen Z employess. This study aims to determine the level of mental health and performance of Gen Z employees in Semarang and their impact. the research use a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted online using a mental health scale and an employee performance scale, both measured using a likert scale from 1 to 5. The research results show that the majority of Gen Z employees in Semarang have moderate mental health, accounting for 75%, Additionally, employees exhibit a moderate level of performance at 72%. Based on hypothesis testing, it was found that mental health has a significant positive influence on the performance of Gen Z employees in Semarang, with an effect of 56,4%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan mental dan kinerja karyawan Gen Z di kota Semarang serta pengaruhnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online menggunakan skala kesehatan mental dan skala kinerja karyawan dengan skala likert 1-5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas karyawan Gen Z di kota Semarang memiliki kesehatan mental dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 75%. Kemudian karyawan juga memiliki tingkat kinerja dengan kategori sedang sebanyak 72%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, ditemukan bahwa kesehatan mental berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Gen Z di kota Semarang sebesar 56,4% dengan arah positif. |
