Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) on Employee Engagement (EE), mediated by Positive Emotions and Work-Life Balance (WLB) among employees of Gen-Z KSPPS Anugerah. A quantitative research method was employed, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) SmartPLS 4.0. The sampling technique utilized was purposive sampling, with a total of 133 respondents consisting of Gen-Z employees from KSPPS Anugerah. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The results of the data analysis indicate that both HRM and Positive Emotions have a significant positive impact on Employee Engagement. Additionally, Positive Emotions effectively mediate the relationship between HRM and Employee Engagement. However, Work-Life Balance does not have a significant effect and does not mediate the relationship between HRM and Employee Engagement. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human resource management, positive emotions mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement, positive emotions mampu memediasi human resource management terhadap employee engagement, dan work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan employee engagement
