Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job crafting on employee performance, mediated by work engagement and meaningful work at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Yogyakarta. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach and a verificative research method. The population of this study consists of 60 definitive employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Yogyakarta, with the sample selection using a census method. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to the employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 3 software. Based on the research findings and discussions, it is concluded that job crafting has a significant effect on employee performance, work engagement, and meaningful work. Furthermore, work engagement and meaningful work significantly influence employee performance. Additionally, work engagement and meaningful work are capable of mediating the effect of job crafting on employee performance Keyword: Employee Performance, Job Crafting, Work Engagement, Meaningful Work

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode penelitian verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan definitif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Yogyakarta sebanyak 60 karyawan. Adapun pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner google form yang disebarkan pada karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dan pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa job crafting berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, work engagement serta meaningful work.
