Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Quality, Work Motivation, and Reward System on the Performance of Government Bank Employees. The population in this study were all employees in one of the Government Bank Branches in Central Java with a sample of 80 respondents through census techniques. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis model used the Multiple Linear Regression Model. The results of the analysis and discussion in this study indicate that the variables of human resource quality and reward system each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Government Bank employees, while the variable of work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of Government Bank employees.
