Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work family conflict on employee performance mediated by burnout in manufacturing companies in Temanggung, which was measured using SPSS 30. The research method used by distributing questionnaires with a population of all married female workers in manufacturing companies in Temanggung and sampling techniques using purposive sampling totaling 100 respondents, with the analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed that work family conflict has a positive effect on burnout, work family conflict has a negative effect on employee performance, burnout has no effect on employee performance, and burnout does not mediate the relationship between work family conflict and employee performance. Additional Information: Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh burnout pada perusahaan manufaktur di Temanggung, yang diukur menggunakan SPSS 30. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan populasi seluruh pekerja perempuan yang sudah berkeluarga pada perusahaan manufaktur di Temanggung dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 100 orang responden, dengan teknik analisisnya menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout, work family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, burnout tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan burnout tidak memediasi hubungan antara work family conflict dengan kinerja karyawan.
