Abstract
This research discusses the influence of workload and work environment with work stress as an intervening variable on employee performance for Elisha Beauty Semarang Semarang employees with a research focus on employee work stress levels. The relationship between the variables formed is the aim of this research, namely how important it is to pay attention to employees in terms of work stress and workload so that they can measure employee performance. This research uses an online survey method to collect respondent data on employees who work at Elisha Beauty Semarang. The sample for this research consisted of 67 respondents. The method used in this research uses factor analysis and structural modeling (SEM) and the software used is SPSS 26. The findings in this research show that workload, work environment and work stress influence the level of employee performance of Elisha Beauty Semarang, however work stress variables cannot mediate the influence of workload and environment of employee performance.
