Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention. The type of research data is quantitative research. The population in this study were employees in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique was cluster sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained used multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that work stress and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention while organizational commitment had a positive but not significant effect on employee turnover intention.
