Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the effect of employee performance on financial performance and market performance. To determine and analyze the effect of market performance on financial performance. To determine and analyze market performance mediates the effect of employee performance on financial performance. The population of BAPENDA employees in Central Java Province is 142 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on this, a sample of 135 respondents was obtained. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Data analysis used partial regression analysis (Partial Keast Square/PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that employee performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance and market performance. Market performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Market performance mediates the effect of employee performance on financial performance. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi partial (Partial Keast Square/PLS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja Pasar. Kinerja pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kinerja pasar memediasi pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kata kunci : kinerja pegawai, keuangan, pasar
