Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance and use of Jamsostek Mobile using the Modified UTAUT Model. The population in this study were active users of the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Batang Branch Office. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the study showed that performance expectancy had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, effort expectancy had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, social influence had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, facilitating condition had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, habit had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, perceived trust had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, behavioral intention had a positive and significant effect on use behavior, behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of performance expectancy on use behavior, behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of effort expectancy on use behavior, behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of social influence on use behavior, behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of facilitating condition on use behavior, behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of habit on use behavior, and behavioral intention was able to mediate the effect of perceived trust on use behavior Keyword: Jamsostek Mobile, Modified UTAUT Model, Behavioral Intention

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, effort expectancy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, social influence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, facilitating condition berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, habit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, perceived trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, behavioral intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap use behavior, behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh performance expectancy terhadap use behavior, behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh effort expectancy terhadap use behavior, behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh social influence terhadap use behavior, behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh facilitating condition terhadap use behavior, behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh habit terhadap use behavior, serta behavioral intention mampu memediasi pengaruh perceived trust terhadap use behavior.
