Abstract
The objects in this research are limited to CV. Three V Jepara. This research aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on CV. Three V Jepara. The research sample was set at 81 CV employees. Three V Jepara. This study selected samples using a saturated sampling technique because the population was relatively small, so the sample used in this study was 81 people. The data analysis method used for hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression with a mediating/intervening variable paradigm. The research results show that there is an influence of employee engagement and the work environment on employee performance. Other results show that there is an influence between employee engagement and the work environment on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The largest mediation effect result is the first mediation effect test that there is an influence of Employee Engagement on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the second mediation effect test shows that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada CV. Tiga V Jepara. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan sebanyak 81 karyawan CV. Tiga V Jepara. Penelitian ini memilih sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil, sehingga sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 81 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan paradigma variabel mediasi/intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil efek mediasi yang paling besar adalah uji efek mediasi pertama bahwa ada pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sedangkan uji efek mediasi kedua menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi.
