Abstract
This study aims to analyze the continuance intention to using the Jamsostek Mobile BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JMO) application using the UTAUT model with experience as the moderation. The population in this study were active members of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan who used the JMO application as many as 1.490.622 people. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling which is included in non-probability sampling with the Slovin formula so that 100 respondents are obtained. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 4 software. The results showed that Performance Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention, and Facilitating Condition also has a positive and significant effect on Continuance Intention. Meanwhile, the Effort Expectancy and Social Influence constructs found that these constructs did not have a significant positive effect on Continuance Intention. The influence of the Experience variable is also unable to moderate the effect of Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions on Continuance Intention.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta aktif BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang menggunakan aplikasi JMO sebanyak 1.490.622 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh yang termasuk dalam non probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Performance Expectancy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention, dan Fascilitaing Condition juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention. Berbeda dengan konstruk Effort Expectancy dan Social Influence ditemukan bahwa konstruk tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Continuance Intention. Pengaruh variabel Experience tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Fascilitating Condition terhadap Continuance Intention. |
