Abstract
This research aims to determine motivation analysis in mediating organizational culture on employee performance at the Kendal Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of 295 people and uses a purposive sampling technique with certain considerations so that the total sample obtained is 75 respondents. For distribution of questionnaires to respondents via employee cellphone numbers using the Google Form tool for questionnaire items. Next, data processing uses Smart PLS software. The results of this study found that 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4) motivation acts as a mediator between organizational culture and employee performance Keywords: work motivation, organizational culture, employee performance

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi dalam memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Kendal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 295 orang dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan tertentu sehingga total sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 75 responden. Pendistribusian kuisioner pada responden melalui nomor hp pegawai dengan menggunakan tool Google Form untuk item kuisioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai 4) motivasi berperan sebagai menjadi mediator antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. |
