Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris dan mengukur pengaruh rekrutmen, seleksi dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kompetensi kerja sebagai mediasi. Alasan peneliti memilih PT Infomedia Nusantara sebagai obyek penelitian karena terdapat penurunan KPI yang diduga dipengaruhi dari rekrutmen, seleksi, dan pelatihan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatori. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada PT Infomedia Nusantara di Halo BCA BSB sebanyak 460 pegawai dan perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan standard error 10% dan memperoleh 83 responden, dan peneliti mengambil sebanyak 100 sample dan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuisoner dan data dianaliss menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seleksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara rekrutmen, pelatihan kerja, dan kompetensi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun, kompetensi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mendukung teori pertukaran sosial dalam hubungan antara organisasi dan pegawai. ABSTRACT This research aims to obtain empirical evidence and measure the influence of recruitment, selection and job training on employee performance with work competency as mediation. The reason the researcher chose PT Infomedia Nusantara as the research object was because there was a decrease in KPI which was thought to be influenced from recruitment, selection and job training. This type of research is quantitative research with an explanatory type. The population in this study was all employees at PT Infomedia Nusantara at Halo BCA BSB totaling 460 employees and the sample calculation used the Slovin formula with a standard error of 10% and obtained 83 respondents, and the researchers took 100 samples and used cluster sampling techniques. The data collection technique is a questionnaire and the data is analyzed using Smart PLS software. The research results show that selection has a positive effect on employee performance, while recruitment, job training and work competency do not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, work competency has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research supports social exchange theory in the relationship between organizations and employees.
