Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to investigate the influence of organizational religious culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at Sultan Agung Islamic University. This research uses quantitative research methods by collecting data through employee surveys at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The collected data is then analyzed using relevant statistical techniques. The research results show that organizational religious culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These results indicate that Islamic religious values reflected in the university's organizational culture play an important role in improving employee performance. Apart from that, organizational commitment was also found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that the level of employee engagement and loyalty towards the university has a positive impact on their productivity and dedication. This research provides deeper insight into the interaction between organizational religious culture, organizational commitment, and employee performance at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The results can be used as a basis for developing more effective human resource management strategies and strengthening religiously based organizational cultures. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei karyawan di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik statistik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya religius organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai agama Islam yang tercermin dalam budaya organisasi universitas memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini menandakan bahwa tingkat keterikatan dan loyalitas karyawan terhadap universitas berdampak positif pada produktivitas dan dedikasi mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang interaksi antara budaya religius organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung. Hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan memperkuat budaya organisasi yang berlandaskan agama.
