Abstract
The research objective is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance and employee job satisfaction; analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee performance and employee job satisfaction; analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance; analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance and organizational climate on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population of this research was all employees of the Archives and Library Service, totaling 158 civil servants. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique. Therefore, the number of samples used was also 158 samples of civil servant employees. The analysis method in this research is SEM-PLS using the smartPLS application. The results of the research are that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance and employee job satisfaction, organizational climate has no effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction is unable to mediate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational climate on employee performance.

Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan sebanyak 158 pegawai PNS. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Oleh karena itu jumlah sampel yang digunakan juga sebanyak 158 sampel pegawai PNS. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan aplikasi smartPLS. Hasil penelitian yakni kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja pegawai, iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara parsial pada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. |
