Abstract
The purpose of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Commitment on Banking Employee Loyalty. Researchers chose quantitative research methods with a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study included banking employees with a sample of 100 people using accidental sampling techniques by collecting information through questionnaires. The analytical tool used is SPSS.25 using regression analysis via the simultaneous F test, partial t test, R2 coefficient determination test, and mediation test via Process v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes. The results of this research show an insignificant positive influence between the Non-Physical Work Environment on Loyalty and there is a significant positive influence between Job Satisfaction on Loyalty and Commitment to Loyalty. Apart from that, from the results of the mediation test via Process v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes, it is proven that the Job Satisfaction variable has a role in mediating the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Loyalty. Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen terhadap Loyalitas Pegawai Perbankan. Peneliti memilih metode penelitian kuantiatif dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini meliputi pegawai perbankan dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan pengumpulan informasi melalui kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS.25 menggunakan analisis regresi melalui uji simultan F, uji parsial t, uji determinasi koefisien R2, dan uji mediasi melalui Proces v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes. Dari hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Loyalitas dan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas dan Komitmen terhadap Loyalitas. Selain itu dari hasil uji mediasi melalui Proces v4.2 by AndrewF.Hayes terbukti bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja memiliki peran dalam memediasi pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Loyalitas. |
