Abstract
The background of this research is the high level of turnover intention among millennial generation and generation Z employees, which of course has quite a big impact on the company. This is evidenced by a survey showing the desire of Millennials and Generation Z to make a Turnover Intention of 53%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quarter Life Crisis and Rewards on Turnover Intention of Millennial and Generation Z employees. In this study, researchers used a sampling technique with a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This study uses primary data with 125 respondents. Based on this research, it is known that the results of Quarter Life Crisis and Reward have a significant effect on Turnover Intention Employees.
