Abstract
Various factors that influence the desire of employees to resign include high work stress in the company, low satisfaction felt by employees and lack of commitment to give all their abilities for the progress of the company. Paxel point is a delivery service company that is relatively old but just familiar to the community. However, based on bird news, this company often opens job openings because most employees apply to resign quickly. In this study, the population includes all employees at Paxel Point Semarang in five branches with a sample size of 100 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling (full sampling) by distributing questionnaires in the form of respondent profile statements and statement items that match the variables measured in the study. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS softwareMost respondents were men 65%, 47% of Gen Z 63%, unmarried with 1 year of work 37% and income from 1 to 3 million by 58%. The results of the analysis showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on the intention to quit. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on intention to quit. To be able to increase good job satisfaction, it is also necessary to pay attention to whether the facilities and infrastructure are complete and adequate, good communication, and have good and correct communication. By paying attention to this, it can affect work stress and minimize the intention to quit. Keyword: job stress, intention to quit, job satisfaction
