Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of employee promotions, performance reports and hierarchical rankings on company performance. This study uses a population of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period through purposive sampling. The company data obtained were 50 financial report data of non-financial companies listed on the IDX. Company data processing using SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that employee promotions and performance reports had an effect on company performance. Hierarchical ranking proxied through scores has no effect on company performance. Employee performance through the Labor Productivity proxy is able to mediate the effect of employee promotions and hierarchical rankings on company performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Promosi Karyawan, Laporan Kinerja dan Peringkat Hirarki terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dari perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022 melalui purposive sampling. Data perusahaan yang diperoleh sebanyak 50 data laporan keuangan perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar dalam BEI. Pengolahan data perusahaan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan promosi karyawan dan laporan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Peringkat hirarki diproksikan melalui skor tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan melalui proksi Labor Productivity mampu memediasi pengaruh promosi karyawan dan peringkat hirarki terhadap kinerja perusahaan. |
