Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment, workload, and compensation on employee job satisfaction in Kendal Regency. The sampling method in this study used a random sample with a total of 100 respondents. The results of data processing using the IBM SPSS version 22 program show that leadership style has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction, workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, while the wnork environment and compensation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kabupaten Kendal. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel random dengan jumlah responden sebesar 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 22 yang menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. |
