Abstract

The background of this research is data showing low employee engagement rates in various countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, employee experience, and career development on employee engagement. Employees who are engaged are employees who are committed and have a positive attitude and enthusiasm towards their work and workplace which then express themselves physically, cognitively and emotionally in their work. In this study, the sample used was 100 respondents who were employees in Pekalongan Regency. The sampling technique used in this study uses the non probability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, it can be seen that organizational culture, employee experience, and career development have a positive and significant impact on employee engagement.

Additional Information: Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah data yang menunjukkan rendahnya angka employee engagement di berbagai negara termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational culture, employee experience, dan career development terhadap employee engagement. Karyawan yang memiliki engagement merupakan karyawan yang berkomitmen serta memiliki sikap positif dan antusiasme terhadap pekerjaan dan tempat kerjanya yang kemudian mengekpresikan diri dalam pekerjaan secara fisik, kognitif, dan emosional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden yang berstatus sebagai karyawan di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probablility sampling yaitu incidental sampling. Teknik Analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa organizational culture, employee experience, dan career development memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
