Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline mediated by motivation on employee performance (study at the Temanggung Regency Transportation Agency). Quantitative research design with a sample of 103 employees. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence has a significant influence on performance. (2) Work discipline has a significant influence on performance. (3) Motivation has a significant influence on performance. (4) Competence has a significant influence on motivation. (5) Work discipline has a significant influence on motivation. (6) Competence has a significant influence on performance mediated by motivation. (7). Work discipline has a significant influence on performance mediated by motivation.
