Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the informative and persuasive influence of presciption on purchasing intent (study at apotek villa farma). The research model was developed based on the stimulust-organism-response model by integrating confidence, quality of argument and purchase intent. Using data collected from 110 valid offline questionnaries, the proposal model was evaluated empirically with partial SEM least square (PLS). Based on the data obtained, hypotheses 1 (H1) to 7(H7) have positive values wich means all hypothesis is credible. And in p-values there is a figure that surpasse 0.05, which is H6 (the influence of informative prescriptions on purchasing intentions) with a value of 0.352 which ineans hypothesis rejected. And in the other hypothesis (H1 with value"0.000", H3 with value "0.000", H4 with value of " 0.000", H5 with value "0.000" And H7 with value "0.016" Indicates a number less than 0.05 which means hypothesis accepted. The determination coefficient (R2) indicates that the confidence variable(K) is 0860 and purchase intention (NB) 0.921 with a value >0.67 which means that the relationship between the variables is high. Keywords :Belief, purchase intention, informative and persuasive prescriptions.
