Abstract
This study to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Personality on Financial Management Behavior in UMKM in Tegal Regency. The research sample includes Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tegal Regency from 2017 to 2019 and the method used is the purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained by field research techniques (Field Research), where in this study the authors visited UMKM in Tegal Regency which were examined directly to obtain data in the form of a questionnaire with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is the multiple linear regression method which is processed using Sps Statistic24. The results showed that the variables of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Personality had an influence on Financial Management Behavior.
