Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of social influence and perceived usefulness on continuance intention, with satisfaction as a mediating variable among Roblox users, based on the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). The study employs a quantitative approach involving 134 active Roblox users selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that social influence and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and continuance intention, and that satisfaction mediates the relationships among the variables. These findings highlight the important role of user satisfaction in encouraging the continued use of the Roblox platform.
