Abstract
ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of employee training and participation on organizational commitment with workplace ostracism as a moderating variable. The study uses a quantitative explanatory design with 70 respondents from KSPPS Sentosa Grobogan. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. Results indicate training (β=0.336) and participation (β=0.428) positively affect organizational commitment. Workplace ostracism weakens training impact but not participation. The model shows strong explanatory power (R²=0.882). Keywords: training, participation, organizational commitment, workplace ostracism
