Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of employee experience on job satisfaction and employee engagement at PT Anisa Catering. In the catering service industry, human resources play a crucial role in determining organizational performance. A positive employee experience is expected to enhance employees’ perceptions of their work and foster stronger engagement. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving employees of PT Anisa Catering. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measuring employee experience, job satisfaction, and employee engagement, and were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques. The findings indicate that employee experience has a positive and significant effect on both job satisfaction and employee engagement. The better the employees perceive their work experience, the higher their level of satisfaction and engagement. These results suggest that organizations should manage employee experience comprehensively, including work environment, supervisory support, communication quality, and career development opportunities. This study provides practical insights for management in developing effective human resource strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement sustainably. Keywords: employee experience, job satisfaction, employee engagement, human resource management.
