Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of customer experience on shopping engagement, purchasing intention, and purchasing behavior among consumers of the GOLS KPOP Online Store, as well as the mediating role of shopping engagement and purchasing intention. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 4. Data were collected through questionnaires from 86 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The analysis included validity and reliability testing, evaluation of the measurement and structural models using R-Square values, and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping.
