Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study consists of all 181 employees at the Class I KSOP Tanjung Emas. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. In this study, questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents. Data processing employed the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance
