Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior and task performance, mediated by knowledge sharing (A Case Study at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Java Province). This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach and a verification research method. The population of this study consists of 115 employees of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Java Province. A proportional sampling technique was applied, resulting in 67 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with SmartPLS version 4 software. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on task performance, innovative work behavior, and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, knowledge sharing has a positive effect on task performance and innovative work behavior. In addition, knowledge sharing mediates the effect of transformational leadership on task performance and innovative work behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode penelitian verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 115 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsional sehingga diperoleh 67 responden. Adapun cara mendapatkan responden penelitian menggunakan instrumen kuesioner google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4. Dari hasil temuan penelitian dan pembahasan maka disimpulkan bahwa transformational leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance, innovative work behavior dan knowledge sharing. Kemudian knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap task performance dan innovative work behavior.
