Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Third-Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans, and Credit Growth on the Profitability of Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Java during the 2015-2024 period. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA). This research adopts a quantitative approach by utilizing secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of five BPDs in Java. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicates that DPK and credit growth have a positive and significant effect on profitability, while NPL has a negatif and significant effect. The implication of these findings highlights the importance of optimizing fund collection and credit distribution to enhance the financial performance of banks.
