Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, digital agility, and employees' digital capability on organizational digital readiness, as well as to evaluate the role of digital strategy as a moderator and digital agility and capability as mediators in these relationships. The study population consists of all sub-district employees in Tegal Regency, totaling 320 individuals, specifically users of the e-Cuti, ASN Digital, and E-Kinerja applications. A sample of 90 employees was selected purposively based on application usage criteria and willingness to participate, with equal representation from each of the 18 sub-districts (5 employees per sub-district). The findings indicate that digital agility has a positive and significant effect on organizational digital readiness and partially mediates the influence of digital leadership on digital readiness. Meanwhile, digital leadership significantly influences both digital agility and digital capability, but does not directly affect organizational digital readiness. Digital capability also shows no direct effect and does not act as a mediator. Furthermore, digital strategy does not moderate the influence of digital leadership or digital agility on organizational digital readiness.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital, ketangkasan digital, dan kemampuan digital pegawai terhadap kesiapan digital organisasi, serta mengevaluasi peran strategi digital sebagai moderator dan ketangkasan serta kemampuan digital sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Populasi penelitian berorientasi pada seluruh pegawai kecamatan se-Kabupaten Tegal yang berjumlah 320 orang, khususnya pengguna aplikasi e-Cuti, ASN Digital, dan E-Kinerja. Sampel sebanyak 90 pegawai yang ditentukan secara purposive berdasarkan kriteria penggunaan aplikasi dan kesediaan menjadi responden dengan secara merata yang mewakili 18 kecamatan masing-masing 5 pegawai. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketangkasan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan digital organisasi, serta mampu memediasi sebagian pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap kesiapan digital. Sementara itu, kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketangkasan organisasi dan kemampuan digital, namun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan digital organisasi. Kemampuan digital juga tidak berpengaruh langsung maupun sebagai mediator. Strategi digital tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan digital maupun ketangkasan organisasi terhadap kesiapan digital organisasi. |
