Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of village office employees in Banyumanik District, Semarang City using a quantitative method with a survey approach, where the population consists of all village office employees in Banyumanik District and the sample was determined using proportional random sampling, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, the results show that competence, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, but partially only motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while competence and work discipline have no significant effect, thus it can be concluded that motivation is the dominant factor in improving the performance of village office employees in Banyumanik District.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Banyumanik, Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei, di mana populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Banyumanik dengan sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun secara parsial hanya motivasi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi merupakan faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kelurahan di Kecamatan Banyumanik. |
