Abstract

Employee productivity is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals. At PT XYZ, particularly in the Cutting Division, a preliminary survey revealed low levels of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), work environment quality, and work discipline. The Socio-Technical Systems Theory is used to examine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee productivity (Y), with work discipline (Z) as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 98 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the Sobel test. The results indicate that OHS, work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on productivity. Furthermore, work discipline is proven to mediate the influence of OHS and work environment on employee productivity. Additional Information: Produktivitas karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Di PT XYZ, khususnya pada Divisi Cutting, ditemukan tingkat K3, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja yang rendah berdasarkan pra-survei. Teori Socio-Technical Systems digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) terhadap produktivitas karyawan (Y) dengan disiplin kerja (Z) sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 98 orang dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K3, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas. Selain itu, disiplin kerja juga mampu memediasi pengaruh K3 dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
