Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of customization,core self evaluation and information richness on trust and purchase intention (case study on Perisai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan agents). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and verification research methods. The population in this study were participants in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sector of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Semarang Pemuda Branch who registered through the Perisai agent. The researcher used the accidental sampling technique in this study. The method of obtaining research respondents used a Google form questionnaire instrument distributed to BPU sector participants who registered through the Perisai agent. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 3. The results of the study showed that customization had a positive and significant effect on trust, core-self evaluation had a positive and significant effect on trust, information richness had a positive and significant effect on trust and trust had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention
