Abstract
Employee job satisfaction is an expression of feelings or attitudes held by employees towards their work, which includes feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the results of their work. Job satisfaction has a major impact on work productivity. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction as an intermediary variable. The type of quantitative research aims to determine the Effect of Compensation, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction. The population of the study was employees at the Temanggung District Office totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used nonprobability snowball sampling. The data analysis technique used SPSS Software Program version 25. The results of the study showed that Compensation, Organizational Culture and Work Environment contributed simultaneously significantly to Employee Job Satisfaction. Compensation has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction and the Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to arrange the place and layout of the work space so that employees' movement space in working is more flexible, ventilation is made better so that employees feel comfortable working.

Kepuasan kerja berdampak besar pada produktivitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai variable antara. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Temanggung yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan nonprobability snowball sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Software Program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kompensasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berkontribusi secara simultan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disarankan dilakukan penataan tempat dan tata ruang kerja agar ruang gerak pegawai dalam bekerja lebih leluasa, ventilasi dibuat lebih baik agar pegawai merasa nyaman dalam bekerja. |
