Abstract
During the industrial revolution 4.0, new technologies were discovered, one of which was Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI has fundamentally changed the pattern of corporate operational activities and the skills required in today's world of work. AI can make things easier and even replace human work. AI can make things easier and even replace human work. This research uses a workforce population of private and state employees in Semarang City. This research uses a questionnaire data method with quantitative data analysis techniques. The research results show that Artificial Intelligence has a significant positive effect on Job Insecurity, meaning that if Artificial Intelligence increases, Job Insecurity will also increase. Artificial Intelligence has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, meaning that if Artificial Intelligence increases, Job Satisfaction will also increase. Despite concerns about Job Insecurity, AI's advantage in completing complex tasks more quickly and accurately was recognized by respondents. Work becomes more efficient and productive, which ultimately has a positive impact on overall performance and job satisfaction.

Additional Information: | Pada masa revolusi industri 4.0 telah ditemukan teknologi baru, salah satunya yaitu Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI secara mendasar telah mengubah pola aktivitas operasional perusahaan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja saat ini. AI dapat mempermudah bahkan menggantikan pekerjaan manusia. AI dapat mempermudah bahkan menggantikan pekerjaan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi tenaga kerja dari karyawan swasta dan negeri di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Job Insecurity, artinya apabila Artificial Intelligence meningkat, maka Job Insecurity juga akan meningkat. Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, artinya apabila Artificial Intelligence meningkat, maka Job Satisfaction juga akan meningkat. Meskipun ada kekhawatiran tentang Job Insecurity, keunggulan AI dalam AI menyelesaikan tugas kompleks dengan lebih cepat dan akurat diakui oleh responden. Pekerjaan menjadi lebih efisien dan produktif, yang pada akhirnya memberikan dampak positif terhadap keseluruhan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. |
