Abstract
The performance of employees at the Janji Jiwa Coffee shop looks poor in doing their work, which makes customers less comfortable. This study examines motivation, work environment and work facilities on employee performance, with a sample of 75 employees using the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that motivation, work environment, and work facilities had a positive and significant effect. In conclusion, motivated employees will show better performance, plus a good work environment can also increase employee morale and adequate work facilities support employee performance in completing work well. This research provides insight into the role of companies in motivating employees, creating a good work environment, and providing adequate facilities to support employee performance to be better.
