Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and management support on organizational effectiveness, with the role of organizational innovation as a mediator and organizational resistance as a moderator. The population of this study was all employees of Bapenda Tegal Regency, namely 60 employees (excluding office boys, security guards and researchers). The sampling technique used saturated sampling. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study are that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational innovation and organizational effectiveness. Management support does not affect organizational innovation and effectiveness. Organizational innovation does not affect organizational effectiveness. Organizational resistance does not affect organizational innovation. Innovation is unable to mediate the influence of organizational culture on organizational effectiveness, but is able to mediate management support on organizational effectiveness. Organizational resistance is unable to moderate innovation and organizational effectiveness. Further research is recommended to expand the sample and other variables that can affect organizational effectiveness, as well as consider a longitudinal approach to see changes in organizational dynamics. Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan dukungan manajemen terhadap efektivitas organisasi, dengan peran inovasi organisasi sebagai pemediasi dan resistensi organisasi sebagai pemoderasi. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Bapenda Kabupaten Tegal yakni sebanyak 60 pegawai (tidak termasuk office boy, satpam dan peneliti). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil penelitian yaitu budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi organisasi dan efektivitas organisasi. Dukungan manajemen tidak berpengaruh terhadap inovasi dan efektivitas organisasi. Inovasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Resistensi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap inovasi organisasi. Inovasi tidak mampu memediasi pada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi, namun mampu memediasi dukungan manajemen terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Resistensi organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi inovasi dan efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas sampel dan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi, serta mempertimbangkan pendekatan longitudinal untuk melihat adanya perubahan dalam dinamika organisasi.
