Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of personal resources and job resources on employee digital readiness with the role of perceived usefulness and perceived ease as mediators. The population of this study was all employees involved in the use of electronic medical records at RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi as many as 600 employees with a research sample of 86 employees. The sampling criteria were obtained by random sampling. The data analysis method used SEM based on variants with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study found that there were only four hypotheses that had a significant positive influence. First, the influence of personal resources on ease. Second, the influence of perceived ease on perceived usefulness. Third, the influence of perceived usefulness on employee digital readiness. Fourth, perceived ease and perceived usefulness were able to mediate personal resources on employee digital readiness.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh sumber daya pribadi dan sumber daya pekerjaan terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai dengan peranan persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang terlibat dalam penggunaan rekam medis elektronik pada RSUD dr. Soeselo Slawi sebanyak 600 pegawai dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 pegawai. Kriteria pengambilan sampel diperoleh secara random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM berbasis varian dengan alat analisis smartPLS. Hasil temuan penelitian hanya terdapat empat hipotesis yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan. Pertama pengaruh sumber daya pribadi terhadap kemudahan. Kedua pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap persepsi kegunaan. Ketiga pengaruh persepsi kegunaan terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai. Keempat persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kegunaan mampu memediasi sumber daya pribadi terhadap kesiapan digital pegawai. |
