Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of information transfer, workload perception, and job rotation on organizational effectiveness through work involvement as a mediator. The study population was all employees within the scope of the work unit at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province who were involved in state-owned asset management activities totaling 79 employees. This study used a data analysis method in the form of SEM analysis with the SmatPLS application. The results of the study showed a significant positive influence on the influence of information transfer on work involvement and work involvement on organizational effectiveness. Work involvement was able to fully mediate the influence of information transfer on organizational effectiveness and the influence of job rotation on organizational effectiveness. While other hypothesis tests did not show any direct influence and did not show the ability to mediate the relationship

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian yakni mengkaji pengaruh transfer informasi, persepsi beban kerja, dan rotasi kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi melalui keterlibatan kerja sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pegawai dalam ruang lingkup satuan kerja pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang terlibat pada kegiatan penatausahaan aset milik negara sebanyak 79 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa analisis SEM dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan pada pengaruh transfer informasi terhadap keterlibatan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Keterlibatan kerja mampu memediasi penuh pada pengaruh transfer informasi terhadap efektivitas organisasi dan pada pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap efektivitas organisasi. Sementara pengujian hipotesis lain tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak menunjukkan kemampuan pada hubungan mediasi |
