Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of operational costs, capital structure and cash flow on profitability in property and real estate companies. Companies in the property and real estate industry that offer houses, buildings and land are one of the many types of business in Indonesia. The population in this research is Real Estate companies listed on the IDX, with a sample of 19 companies over a 3 year period so that the sample data is 57. This research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method with secondary data from the company's financial reports. This research uses a sampling technique. Puposive Sampling. The results of this research show that the results of hypothesis testing show that operational costs do not have a significant effect in the positive direction, the research results show that capital structure has a significant effect in the negative direction, the

Perusahaan di industri properti dan real estate yang menawarkan rumah, gedung, dan tanah merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak jenis usaha yang ada di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini perusahaan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI, dengan Sample 19 Perusahaan selama periode 3 tahun sehingga Sample data menjadi 57. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan data skunder dari laporan keuangan yang ada pada perusahaan, Tekhnik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan Puposive Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah yang positif, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sruktur modal berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah negatif, hasil penenilitan menunjukan bahwa arus kas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan arah yang positif
